Our roles


Store Manager

Our Store Managers are responsible for keeping their stores running smoothly. Whether that’s ensuring KPIs are met, keeping team members motivated, or creating close relationships with customers, we need experienced team leaders with energy and enthusiasm who will constantly strive to improve business results.

Assistant Manager

Second in command to their Store Manager, Assistant Managers help with the day-to-day running of their store, keeping on top of stock, colleague and customer accounts. We’re looking for approachable ‘people people’, who know the importance of having happy colleagues, and how that translates into happy customers.

Sales Assistant

Serving, mixing paint, packing orders: our Sales Assistants do everything they can to make sure everyone who enters a Dulux Decorator Centre store receives expert advice and exceptional service. They’re often the first faces our customers come into contact with, so we’re looking for friendly people who appreciate how a good first impression can win someone over.


Acting as both Sales Assistant and Delivery Driver, our Drivers spend most of their time delivering to customers, with the rest spent serving in-store. Taking paints and supplies to local homes and businesses, as well as helping them meet sustainability targets by collecting used tins, this role lets you make a real difference to the community and the industry.
