Key Responsibilities:
* Mix paint to customer specifications
* Engage with customers, offering valuable product advice
* Deliver orders to customers with a smile
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets
* Execute merchandising plans to restock the shop floor
* Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall customer service experience
* Conduct daily/weekly van inspections, reporting any concerns
