The job will require answering multiple phone calls for taking orders down and booking them out to the relevant accounts, dealing with queries, complaints, so, a background or experience in call centre work or as a receptionist would be preferable
We are also looking for the following skills and criteria:
* Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry)
* IT literate
* Working as part of a small close-knit team
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Having the right behaviours and work ethic
* Consistent in roles in previous experience
