Assistant Store Manager
Location: Salisbury
Contract Details: Permanent
This is a Full time 40 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.
A driving license is required
We are looking for a reliable person with some form of manager or supervisory experience to work closely with the Store Manager.
You must be comfortable with managing colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
This role includes serving customers, developing a rapport, CRM, opening/closing the store, analysing financial reports, fulfilling telephone/email orders & mixing paint as required. This is not an exhaustive list.

About You:
* Proven experience in supervising a store and reviewing performance
* Understanding the importance of nurturing and developing a high-performing team
* Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
* Proficient computer skills and numerical acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Thrives in a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is paramount
