Key Responsibilities:
This is a Part time 20 hour per week role, and you need to be available to work 4-hour shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (between 8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu the following week if possible.
You will spend 50% of your time driving and the remainder in-store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales and retail
- Mix paint to customer specifications
- Engage with customers, offering valuable product advice
- Deliver orders to customers with a smile
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets
- Execute merchandising plans to restock the shop floor
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance overall customer service experience
- Conduct daily and weekly van inspections, reporting any concerns
- Showcase strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in operating electronic tills
- Hold a valid UK driving license
