Salary: £ 11.86 per hour, plus quarterly bonus

This is a part time 20 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 10am and 2pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to noon) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.

We are also looking for the following skills and criteria:
* Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry). Ideally you should have a background in sales and retail
* IT literate
* Working as part of a small close-knit team
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Having the right behaviours and work ethic
* Consistent in roles in previous experience

Sales Assistant with Driving Duties

Salary: £11.86 per hour, plus quarterly bonus

Location: Newbury, Berkshire

Contract Details: Permanent

If you are good at building a rapport with a wide range of people, own a positive outlook and have a UK driving license, then our hybrid Sales Assistant with Driving Duties role at Dulux Decorator Centre is for you. This role is all about providing great customer service to professionals & DIY enthusiasts, in store and when carrying out deliveries to homes and businesses.

The role

This is a 26 hour per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu the following week if possible.

You will spend some of your time driving and the remainder in-store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales and retail

  • Mix paint to customer requirements
  • Engage with customers and provide product advice
  • Deliver orders to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reach store targets
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
  • Provide feedback to improve our overall service to customers
  • Carry out daily and weekly van inspections & report any concerns
  • Provide great customer service
