This role is all about providing great customer service to professionals & DIY enthusiasts, in store and when carrying out deliveries to homes and businesses.

The role

This is a full time 40 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu the following week if possible.

You will spend up to 20% of your time driving and the remainder in-store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales and retail

  • Mix paint to customer requirements
  • Engage with customers and provide product advice

  • Collaborate with colleagues to reach store targets
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
  • Provide feedback to improve our overall service to customers

This role is all about providing great customer service to professionals & DIY enthusiasts, in store and when carrying out deliveries to homes and businesses.

The role

This is a full time 40 hour per week role, and you may need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12pm) to which you will have time off in lieu.

Driving will be required so you must feel comfortable to drive the store van making deliveries, to cover holidays, sickness and absences.

The role

​This is a part time 20 hour per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work every other Saturday (8am to noon) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.

This is a Full time 40 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.

A driving license is required
We are looking for a reliable person with some form of manager or supervisory experience to work closely with the Store Manager.
You must be comfortable with managing colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
This role includes serving customers, developing a rapport, CRM, opening/closing the store, analysing financial reports, fulfilling telephone/email orders & mixing paint as required. This is not an exhaustive list.
